The Hangars at Sky Ranch
The hangars at Sky Ranch are private, luxury hangars, in the planned Airport community of Grassy Meadows Sky Ranch. Sky Ranch is the premiere Air park of Southern Utah and is located next to the hurricane cliffs, just north of St. George. The awe-inspiring landscapes of this southern Utah real estate development along with the 4,400-foot long FAA approved runway make sky ranch the perfect community for pilots and private aircraft. Acre West is excited about breaking ground on the new 11,000 square foot Hangar Building #2. Currently under construction in the common hangar area, the building consists of five private hangars. Ranging in size from 2000 to 3500 square feet, these southwestern style hangars are climate controlled and have hydro swing doors. Along with metered electricity the units are dry plumed for sewer use.
Every luxury hangar can be built to suit, and comes with unlimited access to the sky ranch runway and taxi ways. An FBO site has been set aside and we plan to expand amenities..
The hangars are not limited to airplane use. Sky Ranch is ideally located next to Sand Hollow Lake and resort which makes the hangars a great place to store a boat, RV, or other off road vehicles. Some hangars have also been used for additional workshop space, or private office.
